Developed by Arthur Shir, LIFA - Shifting App is a free-to-use lifestyle app that streamlines and organizes information for reality shifters. By using it, a shifter can compile data about all of their desired realities — or DRs — in one nifty place. It allows multiple DR entries, saving users the hassle of having to write down scenarios, diaries, and more in separate places.
LIFA - Shifting App comes with a very straightforward user interface that’s easy to learn and navigate. While not optimized with flair and fanfare, it does offer a space for everything users can come up with regarding their DRs.
Compile your desired realities in one place
Adding DRs and specific DR entries to LIFA - Shifting App is very easy, albeit you have to type everything out as there is no speech-to-text functionality available. When first launched, it asks for the user’s name, a strong password, and a password hint. You are then free to change your username any time you wish after that. Each discrete DR can be named accordingly, too.
You can conveniently store your scripts and safe word or phrase, scenarios, diary entries, and DR characters on this journal app. There are other categories like room design, relationships, subliminals, appearances, and more planned for future updates. For each separate DR, you can choose an icon based on popular media, like Star Wars and Harry Potter, among others. The app also has a night mode for more sensitive eyes.
Besides that, the app also offers instructions about a few shifting methods, which are the raven, heartbeat, Julia, and intent methods. Overall, the app works as intended, although most of its users report that all of their data gets completely wiped out whenever the app updates. Making a backup for everything is highly suggested. You also can’t add images for better inspiration, which is another drawback.

Shifting to your desired reality should be an easy and seamless process, and LIFA - Shifting App helps take care of the nitty-gritty details with its highly user-friendly interface. By using this app, you can jot down important scenarios, the script you want to follow, and more. However, it’s important to note that some features aren’t available for use yet and it’s prone to wiping out all data stored when it’s updated.
